Red wine
Heat slowly until it is warm.
Maximum 75 degrees , so that the alcohol does not boil off.
Spices
After 10 minutes, add cinnamon, star anise, juniper berries, and cloves.
Orange
Squeeze half an orange and add the other half sliced.
Sweetness
Stir in 60g of rock candy or honey - depending on taste.
Shot
Remove from heat and stir in 4cl of rum.
Enjoy
